Fax-On-Demand automates the delivery of your most requested documents and keeps your employees focused on spending their valuable time with customers who need personal attention. Application forms, invoices, instructions, or other commonly requested documents are placed in fax boxes so customers can easily follow telephone prompts to have these documents faxed to a fax number they specify.

Fax Broadcasting saves time and increases efficiency. Combine Fax Mail with Outbound Telemarketing to send a fax message to multiple destinations even when you are not in the office. And because you can deploy fax broadcasting during off-peak hours, you will continue generating business while you are away and avoid using labor hours to perform the task. When busy signals or no answers are detected, the system will retry the call up to 6 more times to ensure that every possible revenue-generating opportunity is reached.

Fax Routing makes employees more efficient and responsive by routing incoming faxes directly to the privacy of their personal mailboxes. Employees are notified immediately and have access to these faxes from anywhere, at anytime. Through a simple telephone user interface, employees can route those faxes to any fax machine. From the desktop, Fax Mail combines with other solutions such as Interchange™ or Visual Call Management® to provide a graphical user interface to view, annotate, forward, reply, and prioritize fax messages with the click of a button.

Desktop Faxing maximizes productivity by allowing employees to fax directly from their workstations. Using Key Voice's fax driver embedded in Interchange™ or Visual Call Management®, documents created on the desktop can be faxed with a custom cover page without employees ever leaving their desks.
